A fuir !!! Engagement de remboursement non tenu
Du fait de la météo, nous nous sommes déplacé au lieu de rdv la veille et avons convenu avec un des membres de l'équipe un remboursement de la ballade que nous annulions. 1 heure plus tard par sms, annonce que la ballade n'était pas annulée et depuis aucun remboursement réalisé.

Bonjour, nous sommes navrés du malentendu. En effet, vous vous êtes déplacés pour annuler la balade pour cause de risque de pluie. La balade ayant été maintenue, nous vous avons prévenus qu'elle aurait bien lieu et qu'un remboursement ne serait donc pas possible. Pour information, il est possible d'annuler un tour sans frais jusqu'à 24h avant.
