We start with a glass of wine in our wine space. Then we will watch an informative video about the Alsace wine-making process (adapted to children).
We will visit the cellar, its century-old oak barrels and you will discover our family history through a scenographic experience with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels: unique in France...
We will then finish the tasting in the wine shop and give you a local complete picnic basket (delikatessen, chesses, water, bread, salads, desert) that you can enjoy in the vines or at home.
The experience is available in French or English depending on the slots: please check the language possibilities before booking!!

We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines.
In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and now use this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France...This film is not a remake of the video about wine-making process...but a movie about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
We will end the tasting in the wine shop. Then we will give you your picnic basket to take away and enjoy in the vines or at home. It includes : 1 pretzel, bread, a selection of 3 cheeses, a selection of 3 delikatessen, a small bottle of water, a fruit, cutlery, a napkin and a bag. Some hike tips will be given in the bag as well. A vegetarian picnic basket is available, please let us know in advance.
For children, the same picnic basket will be given to them if they have a reseravtion. You can also not register the children, the visit is free for them (but they will not have any picnic basket).
A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions.

Nice experience, but definitely overrated
We bought a picnic basket experience but the water unfortunately didn’t allow us to have lunch into the winery. We appreciated wines (of course!), but the cellar tour was really poor. We only see one room and tens of video that could have been less and shorter. Also we were supposed to taste 7 wines and only had 5. Last but not least, the basked didn’t include everything it was supposed to have: for example it didn’t include the dessert snd when we asked for it we got a banana…….

Thank you for coming back, but I think your comment is not in our area: - as a reminder, our wine area is located in one of the old cellars dating from 1800. - during your visit, you go through a second cellar where we project a first film on the work of the vineyard, which takes place over a year... we do not yet make wine in 15min ! - then you finish the visit by the main cellar which dates from 1850 with oak barrels dating from the same period still exploited to this day! with a was made by our family - exhibited at the World’s Fair. A second immersive video projected on barrel is proposed (projection time 12min). There are no other videos, we are far from the ten... During your visit, we taste 5 wines minimum but generally we go up to 6. And if necessary, customers can taste an additional wine if a wine appeals to them. As for the picnic, it is TAKE AWAY not to be consumed on site. Nevertheless, in case of bad weather we ALWAYS offer our guests to eat it on site in our wine area. As for dessert, it is well specified that it is a fruit easier to eat and transport in case of high heat. The banana seems to be a fruit... Too bad, you did not enjoy this moment that we love to share with our guests … Have a nice day and pleasure... Celine ZEYSSOLFF
