In the heart of the Munster Valley, in a family winery, you will discover the wines of Alsace! You will be able to discuss all the facets of the winegrower's job, visit the cellar and taste a selection of wines produced on the granite slopes of the Val Saint Grégoire.
The Domaine Schoenheitz has been involved in wine tourism for 20 years and offers different packages throughout the year for all lovers of Alsace wines. A discovery farm, member of the diVINes d'Alsace, the winery has been awarded "Vignobles et Découvertes", "Cave de Noël", "Alsace Ecotourisme" and certified organic farming.
For this experience, you will discover the history of this valley and its winery, then you will visit the cellar and follow all the steps of the wine making process, from the grape to the bottle of wine! Back in the cellar, you will taste the mosaic of Alsatian grape varieties combined with the influence of the terroirs.

Le viticulteur et son équipe était très à l'écoute et a répondu à toutes nos questions sur le terroir, la vinification, l'importance du travail de la vigne. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir avec des amis et de participer à une visite du vignoble
