J'ai passé un très bon moment avec le groupe et Delphine. Shavasana au rythme des vagues est définitivement une expérience à faire (et refaire !). Je recommande le cours, qui est adapté à tous les niveaux.

Nous étions 3 amies à découvrir ensemble le paddle yoga un dimanche matin ensoleillé ! Très bon enseignement, belle technique et prof super sympathique ! Cet instant à été rendu inoubliable grâce à la visite d'un dauphin durant le cours
