Individual swimming coaching provided by a qualified lifeguard. During the entire summer, our team of professionals works at your home or holiday destination. We travel with our equipment, we will carry out a test during the first session and together we will set the objectives that needs to be achieved.
Summer is coming, this year we offer several packages :
"Familiarization" :
Discovery of the aquatic environment, balance, immersion, breathing, movement without equipment. The sessions last 30 Minutes for children from 3 to 7 years old.
" Improvement" :
Training of coded swims (Back, Crawl, Breaststroke and Butterfly). Sessions last 45 Minutes to 1 hour for children aged 5 to 11 years.
"Training" :
Preparation of an exam, a race. The sessions last 1 to 2 hours.
