Differents walking trails are available to discover the nicest hikes around the Var East, from 8km to 12km: Estérel discovery, The Maures Massif and Gorges du Verdon.

The meeting point is at the Sainte Baume parking (Estérel), departure for a unique hike. 10 km long with a very stony relief, this ballad is as invigorating as it is splendid.
You will evolve during about 3 hours perched between the sky and the sea at 542m of altitude. The red rock, characteristic of the Esterel massif, will give you, depending on the position of the sun, unforgettable colors: blue, red, green with snow as a background (Mercantour) !!
This sublime hike will take you to the famous rocks of Pic Roux overlooking the Cape of the same name. The Mediterranean Sea is under our feet, the steep coast makes you dizzy, the RN 98 and the railway line accentuate the impression of a miniature setting.
A feast for the eyes, grandiose panoramas with 360 degrees, mountains, sea, shores, Gulf of St Tropez, Cannes ... a marvel to share all year round. Then on arrival, an aperitif will be offered to participants to end this beautiful hike.
The Cap Roux hike is available during the summer, the other hikes are available in mid and low seasons.
The meeting point is at the chapel Cocteau on the National 7 in Fréjus, we take you on a fun ride on the slopes of Mont Vinaigre (possible option: ascent to the summit at 641m).
The 12km-hike (or with the option: 17km) has a 450m of elevation with exceptional points of view and landscapes on the Mercantour, the Mediterranean Sea and even Corsica!!
Back to the arrival, you will enjoy an aperitif with the team.
The meeting point is at the Fréjus toll (carsharing area available to leave your car), 1h15 from "Les Gorges du Verdon".
This hike is technical and sporty, we recommend you to plan the full day to travel as close as possible to the verdon on the way to the imbut.
The 16km-hike with 1200m of elevation last 6 hours, enough time to admire, hear, shiver to the rhythm of tis blue giant stuck at the bottom of the 800m high gorges.The setting is grandiose and in perpetual motion. Picnic at the summit and ready to go back by the 256 iron steps, its handrails and its vertiginous overhangs will bring you back 800m higher with the feeling of having walked in the center of the earth.
This moderate difficulty hike is a must in the region! This block of granite and solidified lava will very soon be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site !!
8 km long and 320m of elevation, the hike will take you to the top of this rocky block which imposes by its mass, its shapes and its colors..
At 361m above sea level, the landscape is fantastic: you can gaze at the sea and the 360 degree view makes you dizzy. The Maures, the Mercantour, the Corniche d'Or and even Corsica are at your feet.
The return is a wonder of unusual curiosity since we will take you (directly) to see the hermit's cave ... but don't say it, it's secret! Then, on arrival, an aperitif will be offered to the participants to end this beautiful hike.
