You will be taken care of in Saint-Raphaël to reach the place of the activity by Mini-Bus. We will go to the Seaside ( St Aygulf or Agay) for a 1h30 Sports Sessions. Relaxation, friendliness and improvement of your physical condition are on the program.
The Water Walk session will allow you to burn calories while enjoying the seaside. A friendly atmosphere and a good mood are guaranteed.
The movements will be done with water below chest level for a "Cardio" type workout and we will end the session with Aqua Fitness exercises to tone all the muscles of your body.
