This manoeuvrable river with its crystalline waters pours basins into exceptional pools: Angelus basin, Bethlehem site, Black basin and rapids of the “Déchirator”.This activity allows the use of different inflatable boats.
Course of the activity and practical information:
– the outings are proposed from 9h to 12h or from 13h to 16h, about 1h30 to 2h on the water;– the reception is at the raft base where you will find toilets, cabins and secure lockers;
– the equipment provided: overall, vest, helmet (with GO-PRO attachment), paddle;
– the approach march and the briefing;
– warm up on the water and downhill;
– the arrival is at the base where a small closing drink is offered;
– accessible from 6 years, you have to know how to swim, have closed shoes and a swimsuit.
This activity is for everyone, whether you are alone, in pairs, in a group, with friends, or with your family … this is also perfect for works councils and associations.The site is provided with two restaurants (on reservation) in the heart of a tropical forest of Letchis and an exceptional nature.

Un beau moment de fun
L’expérience de rafting à La Réunion a été extrêmement positive et parfaitement alignée avec les attentes. L’activité est bien organisée et pensée pour offrir un moment à la fois sécurisé, ludique et accessible. Le principal point fort réside dans la qualité des moniteurs : très sympathiques, pédagogues et professionnels. Ils savent instaurer un climat de confiance et s’adaptent efficacement aux conditions, en rendant l’activité fun et dynamique même lorsque le niveau d’eau est plus faible. Aucun point négatif notable n’est à relever. La réservation s’est déroulée sans aucune difficulté et l’activité en elle-même a été fluide du début à la fin. L’encadrement est clair, rassurant et bien rythmé. Cette activité est idéale pour tous les profils, y compris les familles, et constitue un véritable moment de plaisir et de convivialité. C’est une expérience à forte valeur ajoutée que je recommanderais sans hésitation.

Le cadre de la rivière des marsouins est très joli et adapté à tous les niveaux et âge. Il est possible de faire des sauts sur quelques passages. Tom le moniteur est réactif, calme et sécurisant!
Great fun experience
We had an amazing time rafting in La Réunion! Even though the river didn’t have that much water, it was still a super fun and unique experience. The group was small, the guide was excellent (I was especially impressed by the dog, Sasha), and all the equipment was in great condition. The rafting route isn’t very long, but it’s packed with fun; we didn’t just paddle! We also got to jump into the water from a rock using a rope and float down a short section of the river with our life jackets (almost like an introduction to canyoning). One thing we learned: less water actually makes it trickier, since you can get stuck on rocks sometimes, but that just added to the adventure! The only small challenge was finding the starting point. Tip: don’t cross the smaller of the two river bridges
