En general excellent, j'ai appris beaucoup, peut-être la dégustation allait un peu trop vite pour un amateur/non professionel du vin. Réservation simple. Environnement professionel et sympathique, j'ai fait de nouveaux contacts intéressants. Recommendation:OUI.
Excellente découverte
Fabuleuse découverte du Grand Cru Pfingstberg grâce à une présentation au top, faite par 2 passionnés. Présentation du terroir avec les 2 secteurs géologiques différents et les micro-climats de ces 27Ha de Grand Cru. Très belle verticale de Riesling mélangeant les différents producteurs sur ce Grand Cru en partant de 2021 pour finir par 1999. j’ai adoré

Le choix des vins ainsi que les explications fournies étaient excellents ! Ça donne envie de revenir de passer chez les vignerons afin de découvrir leur travail Le petit bémol c’est que 90% de ces vins ne sont plus disponibles à la vente mais ça rend aussi cette dégustation unique , rare
