9.30 am: Leave Nice, in front of the Hotel Beau Rivage, 24 Rue Saint-François de Paule.
10.30 am: Visit to the first winery. An extraordinary château, a Cru Classé please! Powerful and aromatic wines with an age-old history. You will discover a timeless, endearing site. A stroll among the vines and a guided tour of the cellars. Tasting of the best vintages. Learn the steps of a proper tasting and the specificities of the Provence wine region with your guide : tips and tricks to taste intensely the wine !
12.00: Lunch in a Provence medieval village or in a winery. (Lunch not included in the price)
2.15 pm: Visit to the second winery : an unusual estate, presenting a completely different approach to creating and producing wine. An authentic and exclusive experience.
3.45 pm: Last but not least, the final estate will offer a delight for your eyes and palate. A Cistercian cellar and delicious wines… A must!
5.30/6.00 pm: Return to departure point.

Terrific Day in Provence
Our full day wine tour included visitation to 3 Provence vineyards - each unique with a tasting of various locally produced whites, reds and roses. The wines selected by our guide (Peter) proved as interesting to the palate as they were delicious to consume. We received a full vineyard experience from vine to bottling. Peter's knowledge of the local varietals as well as the rich local history enhanced the entire tour. I highly recommend this experience to both wine novices and connoisseurs.

Great selection of wineries to visit and the location and food for lunch was epic! Of course, a big part is the other guests on the tour and I was lucky enough to have a very fun, interesting group. Cedric was our guide and he made the day fun, intereresting and entertaining!

Our guide, Peter, was fantastic. His knowledge of wines and the wine-making process was invaluable. Visiting three wineries was just right and the wines were good.
