Our Modena Food Tour will lead you to discover the local culinary tradition. A walk around the historical center in search of the best restaurants to eat traditional dishes.

POSSIBLE TASTINGS

Platter of cold cuts and cheeses - Not to be missed the platter with cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area, accompanied by an excellent glass of Lambrusco wine.

Tortellini - in broth or stuffed with pumpkin, with balsamic vinegar and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano, are the first-course par excellence in Modena.

Crescentine modenesi - also called tigelle, are typical focaccia from Modena, prepared with a mixture of flour, lard, yeast and water. Typically stuffed with salami.

Tasting of balsamic vinegar - Tradition wants it to be used for enriching dishes and exalting all the flavors.

Gelato or Torta Barozzi - a chocolate cake, historical dessert of Vignola, in the province of Modena or alternatively a delicious ice cream in an ice cream shop in the city center.
