Located in Ludes, a 1er Cru classified village, Canard-Duchêne has been at the heart of the finest Pinot Noir terroirs of the Montagne de Reims since 1868, halfway between Reims and Épernay.You will begin with a private tour of the cellars with an exclusive guide, allowing you to explore part of the six kilometers of the Maison's cellars and discover the main stages of our champagne-making process. The highlight of this activity will be your initiation to the practice of sabrage with a Canard-Duchêne cuvée. A technical explanation will be provided before the sabrage to teach you the proper techniques and the art of sabrage. This initiation will take place outdoors, using the Maison's sabre, in the Canard-Duchêne Park.Finally, you will conclude with a tasting of the sabred wine.
