We'll go back in time to relive the great moments that shaped the landscapes and vineyards of the Languedoc! It's an immersion in the history and taste of the Midi wine region, from the Golden Age of the 19th century to the great revolt of 1907! Then we'll take you on a tour of the tasting cellar, housed in an old stable, where you can sample our organic wines, which range from IGP Pays d'Oc to AOC Languedoc, Corbières and Minervois. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about vineyard management, winemaking and the beautiful sites to visit in the surrounding area...
