In Sigolsheim, the Meyer-Krumb family takes up the challenge of helping you discover the perfect match between Alsace white wines and local cheeses... for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds!

Aurélie, daughter of a winegrower, in partnership with a farmer from Fréland, now knows all about munsters and other hard cheeses.

After a visit to the cellar, it is quite naturally in the intimate setting of the family's private wine cellar that she will serve you her Grands Crus matched with the tommes from our mountains. She has succeeded in creating a subtle balance between her wines, matured on the estate, and the cheeses of the Kaysersberg valley.

Gewurztraminer and other Riesling, associated with cheeses, will dazzle novice tasters and the most experienced palates with an explosive combination of aromas in the mouth.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, 8 und 11 Jahre alt dort. Der Gang durch den Weinkeller und in die Reben ist auch für die Kinder interessant. Die Kinder sollten sich während der Weinverkostung selbst beschäftigen können. Eine Käseplatte gab es auch für die Kinder. Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass es keinen Zeitfruck gab. Auf jede Frage wurde eingegangen.
