Hemp, a natural material widely used in leather crafts, will allow you to make custom-made and very resistant lanyards for your horses and leashes for your dogs. An original and simple gift to make in a few hours.
In this workshop you will be handling hemp, brass carabiners, possibly nickel-plated, and ancient tools. Take your best scissors, you will be responsible for them during the whole workshop, but you will not handle any other sharp objects.
The workshop lasts about 2 hours, depending on the skills of the participants and their number. You will leave with a lanyard or leash, made from scratch to the desired size.
You can bring a notebook, in order to reproduce the simple steps of the production process at home.
