great
Very fun trip - a 10/15 min walk around the facility and then a class. The class itself, you have top middle and base notes and then you make your own perfume depending on your preference. I expected slightly more options for the perfume making side but it was still very fun!
Great Info on the Perfume Industry
The focus of the tour was not exclusively on blending but on the perfume industry in general and specifically on Fragonard. The tour was very informative, well thought out, and entertaining. The various visuals throughout the tour provided solid background. As a member of the wine industry I have found many similarities of the perfume industry to wine - in reference to blending specifically. My one suggestion would be to spend more time on the blending aspect in the tour. We were given a minimal amount of instruction and this part of the tour was rushed. Our guide kindly took pictures of us all during blending which was a nice touch. However I would have enjoyed more information during this process.
Great experience
Our group enjoyed this immersive experience. We each made our own perfumes and enjoyed how different we were able to tailor them using the same ingredients.
