Nestled in the heart of Gabian, a charming village in the Hérault region of Occitanie, our family winery embodies the heritage and passion of several generations of winemakers. Our commitment to quality and respect for the land is reflected in every bottle we produce.
We are Hélène and Cécile, the two winemakers at the estate. We have chosen to dedicate ourselves to viticulture with a very specific philosophy: to produce wines that respect the environment and reflect the unique terroir of Gabian.
Our estate is currently converting to organic farming, a process that demonstrates our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. We are making every effort to preserve biodiversity by collaborating closely with the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO). This collaboration allows us to protect and enrich our ecosystem while producing high-quality wines.
At Mas Farchat, we celebrate the Occitan art of living, a culture rich in traditions and flavors. Our estate is a place where authentic local products and a warm welcome blend together. We offer a wide range of artisanal wines, providing our visitors with a complete tasting experience.
