This tour mainly follows tracks and gives an insight into the territory's rich heritage, with small lakes and breathtaking views of the Argens plain, the Mediterranean Sea and the rhyolite foothills (volcanic rock) of the Esterel massif.
A varied itinerary alternating paths, tracks, technical climbs and descents through the Provençal vineyard, offering magnificent views of the Var mountains. After this effort, you can taste the wines from the vineyards you have crossed.
A tour that will take you to the heights of the Esterel volcanic massif. The trails overlook the Mediterranean Sea. Magnificent views between sea and mountain !

Randonnée complète et variée
Encore une belle randonnée organisée par Mouv'Nature. Merci ! Celle-ci est très variée, vous évoluerez sur différents types de revêtements, et pourrez découvrir des sites également variés. N'ayez pas peur de la chaleur, en vélo elle passe (presque) inaperçue ! Pour ma part je l'ai faite pendant les chaleurs de l'été 2022 ... En fonction de la météo, prévoyez crème solaire et eau en quanbtité suffisante de façon à profiter pleinement du "pendant" et de "l'après" !!!
Super rando en famille!
Belle occasion de faire une activité en famille ! Des ados ravis et des parents moins sportifs mais contents d’avoir pu les suivre. Petit plus : la baignade rafraîchissante ! À expérimenter sans hésiter.

Superbe découverte !
Pour une première expérience en VTT à assistance électrique, toute la famille a été ravie. Des paysages variés, un parcours qui nous amènent auprès de sites historiques (barrage de Malpasset), ainsi qu'une agréable pause baignade dans un lac. Le tout avec un guide très sympathique, et très pédagogue. A refaire...
