The exhibit explores the notion of disgust as it relates to food and will take you on an emotional roller coaster with real food items, videos, and photos.  See taxidermied guinea pigs, wonder at the Sardinian maggot cheese, Casu Marzu, and taste the fermented shark Hákarl from Iceland.

Very interesting topic, its obvious how different we view whats food and not. Whats "normal" or not. Great ending with food testing! The cricets were actually tasty ;) Recommend!
