On the programme

Program:

➤ 6:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. Meet in front of the Markstein resort reception center, Route des Crêtes, 68610 Oderen, France

➤ Briefing by your professional mountain guide on the details of your outing and distribution of equipment (snowshoes and poles, etc.)

➤ Start of the walk: we will leave from Markstein station and head towards the ridges, where we will have a panoramic view of the Thur and Florival valleys. We will walk to Trehkopf, where we will enjoy a glass of Crémant at the viewpoint, passing through a magnificent forest of fir and spruce trees.

➤ Glass of Crémant d'Alsace and savory snacks in the heart of nature at the Trehkopf viewpoint.

Prices:

6:30 p.m. departure: €69 per adult, €54 per teenager (12 to 17 years old), and €39 per child (6 to 11 years old), group discount of 10% for 8 or more people, €5 supplement for the vegetarian menu.

10:00 p.m. departure: €79 per adult, €59 per teenager (12 to 17 years old), and €39 per child (6 to 11 years old), 10% discount for groups of 8 or more, €5 supplement for the vegetarian menu.

Your registration will be confirmed once payment has been accepted.

This price includes: Supervision by a state-certified mountain professional, equipment (snowshoes and poles), Alsace crémant sparkling wine, and hot drinks during the outing.

This price does not include: Personal expenses, drinks consumed outside of the outing, transportation to the activity site, and anything not listed under “this price includes.”

For reasons of comfort and safety, the mountain professional may modify the initially planned route.

In the event of a lack of snow, the snowshoe hike will be replaced by a guided nature walk, and you can participate in one of our snowshoe hikes during the winter season with a 50% discount from January 2 to March 31.

Specific equipment to be brought by participants: walking shoes (no sneakers), warm and waterproof clothing, gloves, hat, headlamp, and a small bottle of water.

➤ During winter, special equipment is required to access the resort (snow tires or chains).

➤ Optional minibus transfer from Colmar, Munster, or Gérardmer.

➤ If there is insufficient snow, the snowshoe hike will be replaced by a guided nature walk.

➤ In adverse weather conditions, the guide may adapt the route for the safety and comfort of participants.

➤ Hiking boots can be rented subject to availability.

➤ Minimum of 8 people required for the tour to run.

➤ Private tours can be arranged for your group (family, friends, colleagues) for a minimum fee of €100.
