On the programme

We invite you to a blending workshop to help you discover the art of combining certain wines at the end of vinification to achieve the balance specific to each vintage. No knowledge of tasting or oenology is necessary to experience this activity. Composition : - 2:30 p.m.: Arrival at the cellar, explanation of winemaking, aging and blending - Tasting of matured wines in vats - Fun and friendly practice of blending wines - Bottling your blend - 5:30 p.m.: End of the activity with the tasting of our crémants and possibility of tasting the other vintages from the estate   📆 When?
