Two Brits passing thru Chablis : wine-cheese pairing and tasting chez Clothilde with Loisu and Solene

We stopped by for an hour with Louis and Solene at the caveau/shop of Clothilde Davenne. A great experience and a 'voyage of discovery' of the new wines offered by Clothilde and her boutique Domaine. Well entertained and educated by the (newly married?) Louis and Solene. A great and very positive experience. We filled the car with 16 bottles from their selection. A very enjoyable experience all round.

Très belle rencontre. J’ai passé un moment à la fois convivial et constructif. Les vins sont excellents et en accord avec le fromage proposé. Je recommande vivement.
