On the programme

Our canoe kayak tour will take you through the crystal clear waters of the Verdon, winding between the majestic rock walls that overlook the river.

Whether paddling through exhilarating rapids or peacefully floating along calm stretches, our experienced guides ensure an adventure suited to your level and desires. It's a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and feel the adrenaline of outdoor adventure.

A navigation time of 2h30, class II to III rapids (easy to medium difficulty), the discovery course is ideal for families and accessible to young people aged 8 and over accompanied by an adult or by the guide on request .

The meeting and the equipment take place in Castellane, after a briefing on the handling of the paddle and the notions of safety you will descend the course of the Verdon for 12 km to the place called Pont de Soleil.

Good to know

Included in the offer	- Supervision by state-certified guides - Wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, paddle - Shuttle between the arrival point and the departure point
To take with you	- a swimsuit (no changing rooms on site) - sneaker type shoes- sun protection (plan to apply your sun cream after putting on the suit) - water, glasses cord
Other info	- Minimum age for this tour : 8 years old accompanied by an adult ! - Knowing how to swim at least 25 m and being able to submerge your head underwater is mandatory. Terms of cancelation : In the event of bad weather and water levels, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the activity. Watercourse regulated by an EDF dam upstream of Castellane, in July-August the water release days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Planète Rivière cannot be held responsible for fluctuations or cancellations of water releases by EDF.
