- This course consists of 5 dives, depending on your availability, and enables you to dive progressively to 20 metres accompanied by an instructor.

Level 1: PE20 (supervised diver to 20 metres)

- This course consists of 5 dives, depending on your availability, and enables you to dive progressively to 20 metres accompanied by an instructor.

- You will learn how to rig, de-rig and use your equipment.

Each session is designed to help you gain confidence and learn the technical and theoretical basics.

- Each session includes practice, fun and exploration.

- Validated by international certification, you can dive anywhere in the world.

You'll be given a logbook in which you can keep a record of your skills.

- Prerequisites: You must be at least 12 years old and have parental authorisation for minors.

A medical certificate issued by a doctor stating that there are no contraindications to diving less than one year old.

Included in the offer	5 dives of around 45 minutes, to be arranged with the centre
To take with you	Swimming costume, towel, sunglasses and bottle of water
