Chateau d'Yquem
Your first visit begins with the discovery of the only "Premier Cru Supérieur" in the 1855 classification in Sauternes, the other castles in Sauternes being classified Grand Cru. You will discover the history of Yquem, the mode of cultivation used, and many other things that make you understand why Thomas Jefferson, Napoleon III or even Georges Washington had a particular affection for the wine of this domain.

Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey
