On the programme

Water aerobics is an excellent way to combine the relaxation and pleasure of the pool with the benefits of a sporting activity. Water aerobics is a complete sport that works many muscles (abdominal, buttocks, thighs, arms, shoulders)... The benefits are both aesthetic and health-related.

 

The activity is divided into three parts: one part of the session is devoted to muscle work, a second part is devoted to cardiovascular work, and a third part is devoted to relaxation and stretching.

 

The exercises proposed are designed to maintain the body. A complete course for a moderate intensity.
