On the programme

During an aquajogging session, your mime running movements, preferably in deep water. While standing, you alternate exercises to tone your lower body. While moving, you increase your cardiovascular endurance. 

 

Targeted toning exercises will give your body a nice shape while you get into the habit of moving.

 

The results on your body and your breath will appear quickly after your first sessions.

 

The course is held in French and English only
